HOUSE Vante- THE SCHOLARS

(01)

HOUSE Solea- THE SOCIALITES

(02)

House Vanté represents the seniors who value knowledge, achievement, discipline and intentional growth. It isn't only for valedictorians. This house can include honors students, future professionals, academic competitors, STEM students and seniors who have had to work especially hard for their education.

Visually, Vanté gives our strongest collegiate/Ivy League imagery: libraries, books, academic buildings, columns, newspapers, study rooms, glasses, blazers, graduation cords, acceptance letters, diplomas and future-career concepts.

House Creative Challenge: Beyond the Diploma. Their session must include one concept representing what their education is taking them toward, rather than simply showing that they're graduating. A future attorney might create an editorial law-school concept; a nursing graduate could create something elevated around healthcare; a future architect could incorporate drawings or blueprints.

House Soléa represents the seniors who bring energy into a room. Cheerleaders and dancers fit beautifully, but so do pageant seniors, performers, fashion-forward personalities, content creators, campus personalities and the senior everybody seems to know.

Their sessions are the most personality-driven and celebratory: movement, laughter, bold fashion, confetti, glam, dance poses, colorful sets, best-friend moments, flash photography, outdoor free spirited, light and airy, and editorial beauty shots.

House Creative Challenge: Main Character Moment. Every Soléa senior creates one image that could only belong to them something based on their personality, signature style, performance ability, favorite saying, fashion, social presence or the energy they're known for. No generic Pinterest recreation unless they completely personalize it.

HOUSE Aureum - LEGACY MAKERS

(03)

HOUSE Rive - THE COMPETITORS

(04)

House Aureum represents seniors who naturally lead, influence, organize, and leave a mark.

These are our student leaders, entrepreneurs, organization presidents, community-minded seniors, outspoken personalities and even the quieter person whose ambition speaks for them.

Their creative shoots would  feel commanding and editorial: power portraits, tailored looks, architecture, staircases, podiums, newspaper/headline concepts, trophies, awards, future-career imagery or something representing what they want their name to mean.

House Creative Challenge: The Legacy Portrait. Every Aureum member has to create at least one image that answers: “What do I want to be remembered for?” They could incorporate an accomplishment, future profession, family legacy, organization, business, meaningful quote or symbolic prop.

House Rivé is our athletic house, but the identity is bigger than “people who play sports.” These are our seniors shaped by competition, physical discipline, teamwork and the mentality of continuing after something gets difficult.

Their photoshoots MOVE. Stadium lights, empty gyms, tracks, fields, courts, locker rooms, uniforms, equipment, dramatic lighting, sweat, chalk, motion blur, jumping, running and actual action sequences belong here. This is the house where the photoshoots become almost sports-advertising/editorial.

House Creative Challenge: Game Face. Every Rivé member must create at least one cinematic action image or recreated sports moment instead of only standing in uniform holding a ball. That could require the premium digital edit/action composite or an on-location upgrade depending on the concept.

HOUSE Noirelle- THE ORIGINALS

(05)

House Noirelle is where the seniors who don't necessarily want to fit neatly into anything else. Artists, musicians, theater students, designers, photographers, stylists, writers, alternative-fashion seniors, makers and the kid who simply has a wildly specific vision.

This is the house that i expect to challenge me creatively too. Imagery can be surreal, conceptual, theatrical, dark, colorful, unconventional or experimental. Painted backdrops, handmade sets, projection, unusual makeup, instruments, sculpture, custom clothing, mixed media and elaborate post-production all belong here.

House Creative Challenge: Make Something to Become Something. Every Noirelle member must bring one original creation into the session a painting, song, instrument, sculpture, garment, sketchbook, poem, handmade prop, design, etc. or create an original concept with me from scratch. Their challenge isn't simply to pose with the object; the creation needs to become part of the photograph.

HOUSE OF THE YEAR

House of the Year is the highest collective honor within the Mera Images Senior Society. Throughout the season, each of our five houses competes to earn points through creativity, participation, referrals, Society events, house challenges, bookings, and representing the values of their house.

This isn’t simply about which house has the most members or books the most sessions. House of the Year recognizes the group that consistently shows up, creates, supports one another, represents the Society well, and makes its mark on the graduating class.

At the end of the Society year, the house with the highest overall point total will be officially named House of the Year and will hold the title for that graduating class.

Members of the winning house will receive exclusive recognition, a special House of the Year experience, and a scholarship award for eligible Grad Reps, along with their house being permanently recognized as part of Mera Images Senior Society history.

Think of it as our version of the championship title

one house, one graduating class, one year to leave your legacy.
